My 17th Birthday / Thursday, 25 December 2008
Last year, I spent my birthday with my primary school friends. This year however, I spent my birthday with the loved ones. Initially I was so frustrated and didn’t feel like going out. Why? Because I was so stressed up from taking care of the 2 kids and secondly, was so ashamed of my eye condition. I’m afraid that I might transmit this sore eye to other people instead. But with persuasion from boyfriend, we went out at last. We went to Vivocity and that boy insisted on buying me something from there. So, being a nice girlfriend that I already am (hehehe), I picked out a tee from F21 and chocolates from Candy Empire. He surprised me further by taking me on a cable car ride. We were supposed to go up till Mount Faber but too bad, it’s closed. We sat at Siloso beach. It reminded me of our first date which is on Valentines’ early this year. Haha. Off at 10 and took the cable car back to Harbourfront. Sumpah matair aku ni kental. He was feeling very groggy when we stepped foot.  “Sialla b, I pening giler seh. Da uh tanak naik cable car lagi uh” Lol! And if you guys observe closely, we've got something in common ; our eye bags. Both of us are down with sore eyes but boyfriend's condition is getting better though. We were the red-eyed monsters yesterday. hhahaa. Bid him goodbye and rushed home because Kyn wanted to “borrow the camera bag”. Reached my bus stop at 11.30 and there she was, waiting for me. We were about to enter the lift when she said, “Eh murnie, kejap” and pulled me to the pondok nearby. I was shocked when I saw this:  I kept asking her if she did it on her own as I saw no one around the area at all and she said, “Aah lah. Sweet kan aku” -.- hhahaa. Was too glued to the image, that I didn’t notice the rest coming from behind until I heard them sing the birthday song together with a synchronized clap. I was too dumbfounded, stunned and all those words in the dictionary which are associated with it that I cried even though my eyes are hurting so badly at that very moment. Blew the candles, okay no. I only blew 2 of those and stepped on the rest with the aid of them to put the fire off. hahaa. So, who's the them that I've been talking about?
To those who wished me, thank you very much. Some of them are not expected at all but I'm thankful enough I've got alot coming in. True to what boyfriend told me. :D And last but not least, dearest boyfriend. Thank you so much for letting me be your first girlfriend whom you spent their birthday together, thank you for the surprise, thank you for everything lah. heheh. I loveeeeeeeeee you alot! |
